  • Coconut is a probiotic capable of enhancing the growth of beneficial bacteria in the gut and not the pathogens. It has enhances the growth of L.acidophilus.

  • Coconut contains Medium Chain Fatty acids (MFA), which do not increase bad cholesterol. Auric acid in coconut supports heart health and Lauric acid increases good cholesterol.

  • Ginger is an anti-inflammatory and may help in increasing iron absorption.

  • Ghee contains Omega3s and Omega9s. Ghee is a rich source of Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA), which is an antioxidant.

  • Black mustard seed may lower blood pressure and black mustard seed is a good source of Selenium.

  • Cumin may increase oxygenation to the blood.

  • Asafoetida or Hing helps in digestion. It can relieve colic or stomach cramps. Asafoetida can help in improving blood flow and is blood thinner.

  • Fresh coriander contains Vitamin C and can control cholesterol.
